Individual Counseling

Individual nutrition counseling is one-on-one service where I learn your health goals and your background in order to create personalized nutrition and lifestyle recommendations to meet your unique health needs. This approach is highly tailored, taking into account your specific goals, medical history, family history, and lifestyle to create a plan that fits you perfectly. With a holistic health mindset, the counseling process considers not just your physical health, but also mental and emotional well-being, ensuring a comprehensive approach to achieving optimal health. This package includes a 60-minute initial meeting to gather all necessary information, a diet analysis, nutrition and lifestyle recommendation, a 7 day-meal plan, and two follow up meetings.

Meal Planning

Group education

Holistic nutrition group education sessions are an educational experience designed to inform the participants about the vital connections between nutrition, lifestyle, and overall health. These sessions focus on teaching participants how to make informed dietary choices that support physical, mental, and emotional well-being. The training covers a wide range of topics, from gut health; nutrition and mental health; hormone balance; weight control and management; and more. Groups can include groups of friends, work place, schools, or other groups interested in a specific health topic.
